On Saturday, June 21st, the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales delivered an educational scholarship to a local San Diego military family in honor of their father’s bravery and dedicated service. Marine Corps Captain Matthew Bancroft died during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in January 2002 along with six other Marines.  The scholarship – worth up to $5,000 – was delivered to the family by the hitch and red wagon on behalf of Folds of Honor and Budweiser.

This year alone Budweiser will give 600 scholarships worth $5,000 each to military families, a donation more than $3 million to the Folds of Honor Foundation!
