USO San Diego’s Breakfast with The Bunny!
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS DETAILED

 USO San Diego announces registration for a very special Breakfast With The Bunny Easter Event – open to children of active duty military families.
Date: Saturday, March 30th
Location: Hard Rock Café San Diego
Address:801 4th Avenue San Diego, CA 92101
Parking:You may park your vehicle at Horton Plaza, validation will be provided prior to exiting the event
Seating Times:You must choose one seating time, available times are 8:00 AM or 10:00 AM
Length of Program: Approximately 1½ hours
Program Seating One: Buffet breakfast, photos with the Easter Bunny and a performance by the famous children’s band, Hullabaloo.
Program Seating Two: Buffet breakfast, photos with the Easter Bunny and a special reading on stage with the Bunny for children’s participation.
Each child will receive a special Easter Basket and a new book.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.
We encourage all children (and parents if they wish) to come dressed for the occasion in their Easter attire or spring outfits! Please remember to bring your own cameras as their will be an opportunity to take photos with the Easter Bunny.
RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Send an email to sandiego_salesassistant@hardrock.com with “USO Breakfast” in the subject header.
Step 2: You will receive an email back with a form to fill out with your information.
Step 3: Completely fill out the form and submit to Hard Rock Café via fax at 619-232-7628. It must be sent via fax and not email for credit card security purposes.
Step 4: Should you be selected to participate in the event you will receive an email confirmation stating that you have been chosen to attend.
This event is sponsored by the USO at no cost to families in attendance. However, you will be asked to provide a credit card to hold your reservation. In the case that you “no-show” for the event, you will be billed for those reservations. This is to done to ensure attendance and fairness for those on the waiting list. We ask if you need to cancel that you please do so within 72 hours of the event so we may put someone else in your place.
Once you fax back the completed form, if there is still space available, you will then receive a confirmation email that you have been selected for the event. Please be aware, sending your inquiry email does not guarantee you a spot; you must fax back the completed form and then await the confirmation.
Please – no phone calls to Hard Rock Café – registration request must be sent via email.
Please be aware this is a small event and spots will fill up extremely fast. Please be courteous when communicating with the Hard Rock staff, they will have no control of allowing any additional reservations once the event is full, regardless of your situation.
Once the Easter event is full – we will resend an e-blast notifying you that we have closed registration. If you did forward on the initial eblast regarding the event, we ask that you also forward along the “registration is closed” e-blast as well once it comes out.
